Josh discusses his approach to delivery excellence and ensuring Agile Six teams consistently deliver value for government partners.

Josh Quagliaroli
Chief Delivery Officer

As Chief Delivery Officer, Josh Quagliaroli is responsible for ensuring that Agile Six teams consistently deliver value for our government partners. It's a role that requires balancing quality, speed, and sustainability—all while navigating the unique complexities of federal contracting.
Defining delivery excellence
"Delivery excellence isn't just about hitting deadlines," Josh explains. "It's about consistently delivering outcomes that matter. Are we solving real problems? Are users better off because of our work?"
This outcome-focused mindset shapes how Agile Six approaches every engagement. Rather than measuring success by features shipped or hours worked, we focus on impact.
Supporting teams
Josh's role isn't about top-down control. It's about creating the conditions for teams to succeed. "My job is to remove obstacles, provide resources, and ensure teams have the support they need."
This includes everything from staffing and tooling to helping teams navigate complex stakeholder relationships. "Government projects can be politically challenging. Part of my job is helping teams focus on the work while handling the broader organizational dynamics."
Continuous improvement
True to Agile Six's culture, Josh is always looking for ways to improve how we deliver. "We run retrospectives not just at the project level but across the organization. What's working? What's not? How can we do better?"
This commitment to learning and improvement is what allows Agile Six to consistently deliver results on some of government's most challenging projects.
