Working through the U.S. Digital Service at the VA, we're consolidating all of VA.gov onto a single content management system and introducing content governance and cross-site publishing. The goal is a streamlined editorial process for VA editors and a single, consistent voice for veterans online.

Diffusion Marketplace: helping good ideas spread across the country's largest health system.

The VA provides care to over 9 million veterans every year at 172 medical centers and 1,069 outpatient clinics. Most centers are managed regionally, so a great innovation in one center often stays there. We built Diffusion Marketplace, a centralized hub that lets VA centers share their innovations with each other, saving taxpayer money and improving care for veterans.

From maintenance mode to modernization: scaling Agile across CMS clinical quality programs.

Starting in fall 2016, we've worked with the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality to coach, train, and consult on SAFe and Scrum rollouts across existing vendors. We were instrumental partners in launching three of the first Scaled Agile Release Trains at CMS, work later published by SAFe as a case study.
