Operations with purpose

Scaling culture
One of Brian's biggest challenges has been maintaining Agile Six's distinctive culture as the company has grown. "When you're a small team, culture happens naturally. As you grow, you have to be intentional about it."
The company has invested heavily in onboarding, communication, and creating opportunities for connection among remote team members. "We're remote-first, which has huge benefits, but it also means we have to work harder to build relationships."
Continuous improvement
True to the company's agile roots, Brian is always looking for ways to improve how Agile Six operates. "We practice what we preach. We're constantly iterating on our own processes, learning from what works and what doesn't."
